You are eligible to request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have not exceeded 2 hours of gameplay with the VR title. This time frame allows you to experience the game and determine if it meets your expectations and system compatibility without significant usage that would diminish the value of the content. We emphasize this limit to ensure fairness to both players and developers, as VR games require substantial development investment and offer complex interactive experiences.

Refunds may be granted if the VR game fails to function properly on your system, including technical malfunctions, crashes, or compatibility issues that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting. If you encounter such problems, it is important to attempt basic fixes such as updating drivers, software, or hardware firmware, as these often resolve common VR issues. In cases where the problem persists and is verified, a refund request will be considered.

Please note that refunds are not available for games that have been played for more than 2 hours, or for purchases made during final sales or promotional periods explicitly marked as non-refundable. Additionally, downloadable content (DLC), in-game currency, and subscription-based add-ons are excluded from refunds once used or activated, due to their consumable nature.

For pre-orders, you can cancel and request a refund at any point before the game’s official release. After release, the same 14-day, 2-hour usage policy applies. Subscription-based VR services or multiplayer access passes follow separate refund conditions, generally allowing refunds only within 3 days of renewal if the service has not been utilized.

To request a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason related to functionality or service issues. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

While we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible, we reserve the right to review each refund request individually to prevent abuse of the policy. Excessive or fraudulent refund attempts may result in suspension or loss of refund privileges.
